Important informations about us

Our history

Living accomodation

Our building is a sheltered complex where each resident occupies their own flat. There are 43 flats; 26 are single bed sits 17 one bedroom flats. Each flat except one or two rooms has its own kitchen, bathroom and a store room.

Public transport

We are situated two bus stops from Balham town centre which has lots of shops, including large supermarkets – Sainsburys, Waitrose and Boots, as well as banks and other local shops. Bus stops nearby take you to pretty much anywhere you want to go! There is also an Underground station which has northern line and a British Rail station. Therefore the transport connection is very convenient.
